Community is a place for you to discuss ideas, opinions and experiences about anything.

How are my survey responses handled?

Survey responses are collated and analysed collectively by Evolve Research

Will I get to see the results?

We will provide you with regular updates on what we have learnt.

Who manages community?

Community is managed by a team of researchers at Evolve Research.

Will you respond to every post on community?

In short, no.

If an idea of mine is implemented, will I get credit?

If an idea of yours is implemented, we will give you credit on our community but we won’t be providing compensation to members if we use an idea discussed on community.

Prizes and rewards

How do I earn points?

You can earn points by being active on the community. Quick polls, surveys and conversations all earn you points. Each point gives you an entry into the monthly prize draw. Click on My Account in the top right hand corner of the page to see how many points you have earned. For more detail, you can also click on My Activity, which you will find on the My Account menu under My Prizes.

Where can I use my gift card?

We have GiftPay cards valued from $20 to $100 from a variety of major retailers including: Chemist Warehouse; Apple iTunes; and Kmart. A full list of the currently available rewards and charities can be viewed here.
